The small amount of non-toxic and harmless coconut shell activated carbon used in the filter will float out with the water flow. This is a normal phenomenon.
l. If the light is still red when the water tank is full, please contact service@hholove.com for technical support.
2. If the pump does not work, please disassemble the water pump and check whether it is blocked or not. If the problem cannot be solved after the above steps, please contact service@hholove.com for further assistance.

I love this product! I've only had it for a few days, but from what I have seen, it's super easy to assemble, and since it's wireless, I don't have to plug anything in and worry about getting the wire wet when I'm washing the fountain, and the filter gets out all the gross things that get in the fountain. Super easy to take apart and clean.

I bought the water fountain and O Sitter at the same time, both are great! It brings great convenience to my cat-raising life. The moving water attracts cats to drink a lot of water every day. You know, my cat doesn‘t like drinking water, but this fountain has changed him.

This is super quiet. Can't hear it at all in a dead quiet room. Was extremely easy to assemble and being able to lift it right off the base and take away for filling or cleaning is a nice feature. Soft water flow and constantly circulating. We like it, the pets like it, easy to clean and the quietest cat fountain we have ever owned. Super recommended!

The kitties seem happy with this new water fountain.Very easy to assemble. The directions have a decent picture diagram to follow.Easy to disassemble and clean.My cats drank from it and seem happy with their upgrade.It's very quiet! I hardly noticed it's there.
