Return & Refund Policies


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after the receipt of the product.

  • Please contact HHOLOVE Service team by eamil, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

  • Drop off your package at the local post office.

  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

  • For purchases not made directly through HHOLOVE's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. 

  • HHOLOVE reserves the right of final interpretation whether the product is damaged.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


  1. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Freight collect is not acceptable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
After we process your refund, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
